This class can be attended at any stage of pregnancy and is a wonderful practice to connect with your baby and the changes that are taking place within you. Learn about your changing body, discover breath techniques that help you stay calm and relaxed and enjoy the healthful feeling of yoga movements & meditation. Practicing yoga during pregnancy will prepare mother's physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood. Runs from 11:45am - 1:00 pm.
