Enjoy the benefits of postures that promote well-being, stimulate the metabolism, activate circulation, and awaken the energy centres. In this course you will feel great about yourself and enjoy the wonderful benefits of a regular Yoga series.

This is the Level 3 of YIDL the System and the postures and practices suit those with experience through Levels 1 and 2 of the system, those will some experience will gain a lot and embrace Yoga even more.

Enjoy the solitude and peace within our Yoga in Daily Life centre in Newstead, Brisbane.

Through Yoga practices & techniques we are able to awaken the inner powers and use them for the benefit of all mankind. With the help of the dormant energies within we are able to achieve what we so dearly desire in life; a purposeful existence living in peace, and harmony and happiness with all that surrounds us. Through the chakras we get in touch with the spiritual powers in the universe and recognise our original nature, our true self.

Learn techniques to awaken and purify the energy within each Chakra and understand more deeply these hidden powers.

The process of awakening is a gradual and life long task, we will introduce you to techniques and through regular practice the benefits will unfold.
