On the night of August 15 the truly great Yogi, much loved and respected, Mahamandaleshwar Sri Swami Niranjanandaji left his physical body and merged into the Divine Light of the Supreme. It is a great loss to this world and a sad time for all those who were touched by His loving presence. We express our sincere sympathy to all his disciples and bhaktas and pray that they receive strength and divine guidance during this time.

Swami Niranjanandaji was Senior Mahamandaleshwar of Panchayati Mahanirvani Akhara, Jalandhar, India, Head of several Ashrams in India: Delhi, Punjab, Haridwar, Jammu and Kashmir. We remember very vividly his inspiring talks at the World Peace Summits of the Sri Swami Madhavananda World Peace Council, his divine words and satsangs at the Kumbha Mela in Haridwar and Prayag, his kindness, understanding and good humor at his visits in Jadan Ashram. Mahamandaleshwar Niranjanandaji truly will remain in our hearts forever.
