This class is designed to introduce you to the benefits of meditation and provide a foundation practice. The guided meditations are aimed at developing awareness of body and mind, learning how attain complete physical relaxation, working with the breath as a gateway to meditation and opening to the process and experiences meditation can bring. Guidance will also be provided on how to get started with your own home practice.
