Teachers of Yoga in Daily Life offer programs tailored for special-needs groups in the community, as well as classes and courses for the general public, corporations, gyms, hospitals, health clinics and schools. The founder and author of ‘Yoga in Daily Life’ is H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, who first established this specific system of Yoga in Europe more than 40 years ago. Since then he has trained teachers to present the principles and practices of Yoga according to his comprehensive system as outlined in the text ‘Yoga in Daily Life - The System’. This system incorporates a broad range of the authentic Yoga teachings and techniques that have been passed from teacher to student in a direct lineage according to the Indian tradition.
