Meditation Wokshops in March - Tuesday 2nd & 23rd - a guided experience on how the breach can assist you in your meditation practice ** Special Offer - Wednesday 7pm General Yoga class - 5 class Pass just $20 ** - class passes available during the month of March. Unlimited expiry. 4 week Meditation Course - starts 22nd April, 7-8 pm “Introduction to Meditation” we lead busy lives so why should we practice meditation.. the course enquires into this 6 week Beginners Course - starts 22nd April, 6.30-8 pm an introduction to a variety of basic yoga techniques and understanding the many benefits of regular practice Early Morning 6 Day Intenstive 12th to 17th April, 6-7am start the day with invigorating postures for the body and to clear the mind for the day ahead Below is our timetable for all casual drop in classes, courses and events. |

Welcome to Dee Why Yoga in Daily Life, one of the longest established yoga schools in the northern beaches. The centre has two lovely airconditioned Yoga studios and serves as a venue for yoga classes, courses and workshops. See the timetable below for our many class options according to the system of Yoga in Daily Life.

Dee Why Courses & WorkshopsSince 1993 we have offered yoga and meditation classes here in Sydney's northern beaches six days a week, according to the internationally renowned system of Yoga in Daily Life ®. This system of yoga was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda to progressively prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to the more advanced. The yoga centre in Dee Why is renowned for its spacious and peaceful atmosphere with all equipment provided. Regular yoga classes and courses are held throughout the year with themes such as Beginner's Yoga, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Total Wellbeing, Meditation and Yogic Studies. We also host regular weekend Yoga Retreats in nature venues and offer yoga & meditation classes for corporate and community groups. The Yoga in Daily Life System is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices which includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
