Welcome to the Liverpool Centre of Yoga in Daily Life Society.

In this course we will explore where the Chakras are in the body.  We will also practice meditations aimed at harmonising these energy centres.

The Yoga in Daily Life System is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices which includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
