Welcome to the Brisbane Yoga in Daily Life Centre in Fortitude Valley! Part of an international non-for-profit organisation, we have been teaching Yoga & Meditation Classes in Brisbane for over 15 years according to the internationally renowned system of Yoga in Daily Life ®. This system of yoga was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda to progressively prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to the more advanced; all Yoga in Daily Life classes include the practice of traditional yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Since 1997 we have offered yoga and meditation classes here in Brisbane's inner city six days a week, according to the internationally renowned system of Yoga in Daily Life ®. The yoga centre in Fortitude Valley is renowned for its spacious and peaceful atmosphere with all equipment provided. Regular yoga classes and courses are held such as Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Pregnancy, Restorative Yoga, Total Wellbeing, Meditation Classes in Brisbane and Yoga Philosophy Studies and Satsangs. We also host regular weekend Yoga Retreats in venues close to nature in the gold coast and sunshine coast hinterland. Yoga in daily Life in Brisbane also has many ongoing corporate yoga classes - workplace yoga is a great way to have happy, efficient, stress-free staff. we also offer private yoga classes, and group yoga sessions. The Yoga in Daily Life System is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices which includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
