Welcome to your yoga practice in 2010. There are some changes to the time table below, please check. For a quick overview of Courses and events see below: Chakra Meditation Workshop - Fridays's 5.30-6.30pm, starts February 19. 6 week Back and Neck Care course starts February 25, 4.30 - 6pm. 8 week Yoga Course for Beginners starts March 30, Tuesdays 6.30pm - 8pm. 6 week Prenatal Yoga Course starts March 17, Wednesdays 4.30 -6pm it is possible to join the course at any time. Please call us or just turn up. 6 week Course Yoga for Children (6 - 9) starts February 15, Mondays 4 - 5pm Vegetarian Dinner and DVD lecture on chakras, February 26 & March 12 Lecture and Workshop on Vastu Shastra - sacred architecture. Saturday March 20, 2 -4.30pm Vegetarian Cooking Class Saturday May 15, 1 -4.30pm The work of Byron Katie with Rosie"Freedom in a changing world" 21-23 May

The Yoga in Daily Life System is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices which includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Please see our timetable below for the many class options. This system of yoga was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda to progressively prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to the more advanced. The yoga centre in Maroochydore is renowned for its spacious and peaceful atmosphere with all equipment provided. Regular yoga classes and courses are held throughout the year with themes such as Beginner's Yoga, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Total Wellbeing, Meditation and Yogic Studies.
