Yoga in Daily Life ® is a not-for-profit yoga organisation dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with the wider community. This system of yoga was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda and prepares body and mind progressively, starting with simple exercises that lead to more advanced exercises. Regular classes, courses and workshops are held throughout the year.
