Welcome to the Yoga in Daily Life Victoria State Centre in the inner east of Melbourne.

Richmond Courses & WorkshopsSince 1998 we have offered yoga and meditation classes here in Melbourne's inner east six days a week, according to the internationally renowned system of Yoga in Daily Life ®. This system of yoga was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda to progressively prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to the more advanced. The yoga centre at Richmond has two light & peaceful studios with all equipment provided. The studio is a step away from the noise and busyness of Bridge Road yet still close to trams and train; and free 2 hour parking is all around. Regular yoga classes and courses are held throughout the year with themes such as Prenatal Yoga , Beginner's Yoga, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Restorative Yoga, Total Wellbeing, Meditation, Yoga for Seniors and Yogic Studies. We also host regular weekend Yoga Workshops , including Vegetarian Cooking classes and offer yoga & meditation classes for corporate and community groups. The Yoga in Daily Life System is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices which includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
