THE RETREAT VENUE of The Theosophical Mt Helena Retreat is located in Mt Helena on 21 acres. Accommodation facilities include little huts with single, twin and triple room accommodations. (It may be possible to accommodated couples ). Showers & toilets are located in the huts and also a common block with separate men/women facilities. Please specify on the Registration form if you are with a friend or partner, so that we may do our best to organize the sleeping arrangements. You must bring your own warm bedding (Sheets, Pillow, Sleeping bag / Doona ) & personal shower items.

The Theosophical Mt Helena Retreat Centre is a strictly smoke and alcohol free zone. No drugs/alcohol are to be consumed on the premises.

• Yoga Nidra - a yogic guide to Deep Relaxation
• Bush Walk or Yoga Class
• Silent Bush Walk
• Evening Program
• Sunday program is similar, closing with Lunch

Registration 6.30–8pm, Friday
Includes all retreat programs, meals & accomodation
Retreat closes after lunch Sunday.
