Ingredients for 8 Portions:
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup All Bran
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy milk
1 cup self raising flour |

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except the flour and let it stand in a bowl overnight in the fridge.
Then add the flour & mix through.
Place in a greased loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 1 hour. |
