1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 stick of kombu (seaweed bought from health food store) Kernels from 6 ears of corn 6 cups water 1 teaspoon of sea salt 2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley or corianderLE
Preparation:
Sauté onion and ginger for 5 minutes Add kombu, corn, water, and salt. Bring to boiling point. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add tahini at end of cooking Remove Kombu Garnish with parsley or coriander
Notes:
Leave out onion for a more satvic meal.
