3 cups Lima Beans - cooked 1 green Capsicum - chopped 2 Onions - chopped 3 Tomatoes - chopped Basil
Preparation:
Cook Onions and Capsicum till tender. Add Tomatoes and Basil with the Lima Beans. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in a Moderate Oven until crumbs are a golden brown.
Notes:
Leave out the onion for a more satvic casserole.
