Ingredients for 2 Portions:
2 tbsp olive oil (or ghee) ½ tsp black mustard seeds 1 medium onion, roughly chopped 1 tsp crushed (or grated) ginger 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 large red chili, roughly chopped ½ cup coconut cream Salt to taste

Notes:
Fry black mustard seeds in oil and when they start dancing add onion and ginger. Fry another 2 minutes. Add turmeric, garam masala, chili and fry another minute. Pour in coconut cream and on low heat cook for 5 minutes. Transfer into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust with salt and serve on rice and steamed veggies
