1 cup black glutinous rice soaked overnight (also known and wild rice)3 cups of coconut milk3 whole star anise1 cup of palm sugar1 vanilla bean or a dash or rose watera pinch of sea salt 2 bananas sliced or other fruit
Preparation:
Soak black rice in 4 cups water, cook for 45 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes Add sliced bananas and let cool
