Ingredients for 12 Portions:
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup carob powder
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup chopped dates |
|
|
Preparation:
Gently heat honey & mix in peanut butter. Blend well.
Add carob and mix well.
Add all other ingredients and mix through evenly.
Pour into a greased 22cm square pan & chill until set.
Serve cut in small squares. |
