Fry black mustard seeds in oil and when they start dancing add onion and ginger. Fry another 2 minutes. Add turmeric, garam masala, chili and fry another minute. Pour in coconut cream and on low heat cook for 5 minutes. Transfer into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust with salt and serve on rice and steamed veggies.
Notes:
leave out the onion for more satvic sauce.
