Potato stewed with paprika and onions

Thick and yummy.

 
 
Ingredients for 5 Portions:
1 kg potato peeled and sliced 
2 onions chopped 
2 tablespoons oil 
1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder 
1 tablespoon vegeta 
1 tomato 
1/2 paprika 
3 tablespoons yellow pea flour 
3 tablespoons whole meal flour 
1/2 teaspoons turmeric 
1 pinch of salt 
1 pinch of ground pepper 
1 bunch of parsley

 

 
Preparation:
Fry the onions in hot oil. Put the sweet pepper powder in it and immediately add some water otherwise the pepper will burn. Add the potato and just cover with water. Mix the vegeta in with tomato and paprika. Simmer until the potato almost soft. Meanwhile make the dumplings by mixing yellow pea flour and whole meal flour in a bowl with turmeric, salt and pepper. Mix in few tablespoon water to get a gluey consistency. Rend or tear it into the potato dish. Simmer for few minutes and serve with beetroot and bread. Spread chopped parsley on top. The dish should be quite thick and yummy.

 

 
Notes:
Leave out onion for a more satvic meal.
