An 8-week Course practising the entry level of the system Yoga in Daily Life. The yoga exercises from Level 1 are called Sarav Hitta Asanas, which means "good for all". Level 1 is designed for beginners and also those who want to build a firm foundation to their existing practice. Includes: printed handouts to aid home practice; yoga exercises (asanas) to increase flexibility and strength of muscles and improve the function of internal organs; yogic breathing to reduce stress and anxiety; traditional pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques.
