If you have recently given birth, joining a Post Natal Yoga class is an excellent way to give you the time to get back in touch with your body and your feelings about being a mother and also share with others who are going through similar life-changing circumstances. 

You will stretch and strengthen the areas of the body that have been greatly affected by the pregnancy and birth, as well as the areas that are affected by the feeding, lifting and carrying of your baby.

• strengthens the body gradually
• tones the inner organs & may help heal uterine issues
• helps relieve back pain & joint pain
• helps to maintain healthy blood pressure

The class is suitable for absolute beginners to yoga, as well as those who have practised yoga before or during their pregnancy. This class can be attended 4 weeks after a natural birth or 8 weeks after a ceserean birth.
