Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life Sydney 

 


 

 The System “Yoga in Daily Life” is a Science of Body, Mind, Consciousness and Soul and it offers a systemised, progressive
approach to yoga practice. 


We practice authentic, traditional yoga: our classes include relaxation, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises)
and self-enquiry meditation. Our new Merrylands studio is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Western Sydney,
just moments away from Parramatta, Holroyd, Granville, Guildford, Fairfield, Chester Hill, Bankstown, Greystanes
and surrounding suburbs.

Sydney ashram is a place where you can retreat to your inner self, and discover how yoga’s ancient wisdom can help you
restore a natural state of balance in your daily life.

  Our classes

  Beginners classes
- for all ages and abilities, basics of yoga.

  Anti- stress yoga - includes guided deep relaxation
  (yoga nidra) of 20-40 minutes and energising exercises to
  start every week recharged. Beginners are welcome.
 
  Gentle yoga
- for those who prefer or need gentle exercise.
 
  Integral class - for all who have been doing yoga or sports,
  and want more flexibility and strength. We do first 3 levels of
  Yoga in Daily Life. Beginners are welcome as well.
  
  Beginners - Self-enquiry meditation -
  Regular class that includes physical exercises & 20-30 minutes

  of meditation at the end. Come to learn meditation and
  discover immense of peace and happiness within.
