By accessing or using any Australian Association of Yoga in Daily Life Incorporated ("AAYIDL") website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use"), which constitute a legal agreement between You and AAYIDL. Do not use this website if you do not agree to these terms of use.
Modification of these Terms of Use.
The Australian Association of Yoga in Daily Life Incorporated reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the AAYIDL Web Sites are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
Publishing and Editing on AAYIDL Websites
Publishing privileges mean the ability to publish information directly on to a website without requiring further approval.
Editing privileges mean the ability to edit information on a website which then requires approval before it is published. Approval can be granted by publishers or site administrators.
The Australian Association of Yoga in Daily Life reserves the right to grant/deny publishing or editing privileges on any of it's websites. Not following these terms and conditions can result in loss of publishing or editing privileges.
When publishing event information "Event Title" and "Event Description" should contain approved text only. This text can be found on the Event Descriptions page.
Any new events should be approved and the event information be published on the Event Descriptions page before the event is published. New event descriptions should be sent to the site administrator for approval a minimum of 7 days prior to the publishing date of the event.
Linking to external websites (non-AAYIDL) requires the approval of the site administrator.
All reasonable efforts should be made to ensure information published through any AAYIDL website is accurate and up-to-date. Any cancellations or changes in event times should be reflected on the website as soon as they become known.
Failure to keep the website up-to-date is considered a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the removal of out-of-date pages.
You agree not to use AAYIDL's websites in any way that will misrepresent, defame, insult, or offend AAYIDL or any person, violate or infringe AAYIDL's code of conduct, any Australian laws, regulations or international treaties and that your use of the website will not violate the intellectual property rights of any person.

All rights are reserved by AAYIDL. No part of an AAYIDL website may be copied, published, broadcast or adapted without the prior written consent of AAYIDL.
Security
Website security is the responsibility of the site administrators. Failure to follow security terms and conditions can result in loss of publishing or editing privileges. This is at the discretion of the site administrators.
Login information for all Yoga in Daily Life websites is to be kept strictly secure. Usernames and passwords are not to be shared with any third parties. Login information should not be recorded anywhere in a recognisable form.
When finishing a publishing or editing session on a site one should log out.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAYIDL against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by reason of any breach of the responsibilities set out in these Terms of Use.
While AAYIDL has taken every effort to ensure that the information contained within the website is correct at the time of going live, AAYIDL cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions or any information which may be incomplete, inaccurate or may have become out of date.
While AAYIDL take every effort to ensure it's websites are kept on-line, AAYIDL cannot be held responsible for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by reason of it's websites being off-line or down. In no event shall AAYIDL be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential, damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from any AAYIDL website.
