Yoga in Daily Life ® is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga and meditation to the wider community. Yoga in Daily Life The System® is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices and includes physical exercises, yogic breathing, relaxation and meditation. Yoga in Daily Life was founded by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda and is designed to prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to more advanced asanas. Classes, courses and workshops are held throughout the year including Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Prenatal Yoga, Health and Wellbeing, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Yoga Teacher Training. Private, corporate and community classes can be arranged.
