Due to the impending sale of the premises the Annandale Centre has now closed - all yoga classes run by Yoga in Daily Life and Simply Birthing Yoga, are cancelled from Monday 16 April 2012.

The Kensington Yoga in Daily Life Centre remains open and the timetable can be viewed here. Class passes purchased in Annandale which are still within validity, may also be used at the Kensington centre, or interstate at AAYIDL centres in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.

Yoga in Daily Life ® is a not-for-profit yoga organisation dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with the wider-community.
The Yoga in Daily Life System is an authentic and holistic system of yoga practices which includes physical exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Yoga in Daily Life was designed by H.H. Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda to progressively prepare the body and mind, starting with simple exercises that gradually lead to the more advanced. Regular yoga classes and courses are held throughout the year with themes such as Beginner's Yoga, Yoga for Back & Neck Care, Prenatal Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Depression and Yoga Teacher Training. We also host regular weekend Yoga Retreats in nature venues and offer yoga & meditation classes for corporate and community groups.
